Please read these terms carefully before booking or purchasing any service from KL Creatives Studios CIC. By making a booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
KL Creatives Studios CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales (CIC No. 17065168).

2. Bookings and payment

All studio and space bookings must be made through our website at klcreativesstudios.com or by contacting us directly

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a written alternative arrangement has been agreed

We accept payment via the methods listed on our booking platform

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us

Concession rates may be available — please contact us before booking to discuss your circumstances
3. Cancellations and refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:

More than 7 days' notice — full refund

3 to 7 days' notice — 50% refund

Less than 48 hours' notice — no refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

No-shows — no refund
If KL Creatives Studios cancels a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra charge.
To cancel or amend a booking, please email enquiries@klcreativesstudios.com with your name, booking reference, and the date/time of the session.
4. Use of our spaces

You are responsible for the behaviour of all guests and participants in your booking

Studios and equipment must be treated with care. You are liable for any damage caused by you or members of your group

Food and drink may only be consumed in designated areas — not in studios or the sensory room

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances on our premises is strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to end a session immediately if any person on our premises behaves in a way that is unsafe, discriminatory, abusive, or in breach of these terms

You must leave your booked space in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if this is not the case
5. Safeguarding

KL Creatives Studios CIC is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. We operate in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy, a copy of which is available on request. All staff working with children and vulnerable adults hold current DBS checks.

If you have a safeguarding concern, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead at enquiries@klcreativesstudios.com or in person during your visit.
6. Photography and recording
We sometimes take photographs and video footage at our events and in our studios for use on our website, social media, and funding reports. We will always ask for your explicit consent before photographing or filming you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
You must not record other users, staff, or volunteers without their explicit consent. Any recording made in our studios for personal or commercial use remains your intellectual property. We take no ownership of creative work produced in our studios.
7. Accessibility and adjustments
We are committed to making our spaces accessible to everyone. If you have specific access requirements — sensory, mobility, communication, or otherwise — please contact us before your visit so we can make appropriate arrangements. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
8. Limitation of liability
KL Creatives Studios CIC takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe and well-equipped environment. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought onto our premises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, except where required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
