Event Space Hire

Service Description

Our event hall and studio spaces are available for private hire for community events, exhibitions, networking, launches, corporate away days, and celebrations. The facility is flexible and can be configured to suit your needs, from a single studio for a small workshop to the full venue for a multi-activity event. The event hall accommodates approximately 60 people and is suitable for performances, exhibitions, community meetings, and social gatherings. Basic AV equipment (screen, speakers, microphone) is included. The space features an exhibition hanging system and professional lighting for showcases and displays. Community Event hire is £75 for a half day (4 hours), giving you access to communal areas and the arts space. Furniture arrangement, tea and coffee facilities, and professional event photography and video highlights are all included. Registered charities and CICs receive a discounted rate of £55. Full Venue Hire is £200 for a full day (6 hours), giving you access to communal areas plus your choice of 2 studios. This is ideal for launches, exhibitions, multi-activity events, and corporate days. AV equipment and professional event photography and video coverage included. Registered charities and CICs: £150. Our Creative Exhibition Package is £120 for a weekend. This includes Friday evening setup access (6pm to 9pm) and Saturday to Sunday exhibition hours (10am to 5pm). The exhibition hanging system and lighting are provided, and we will list your exhibition on our social media channels for marketing support. Professional exhibition photography and a video walkthrough are included. What you get with every booking: professional event photography and video highlights, delivered digitally within 48 hours. Full usage rights for your organisation's marketing and reporting. This is included at no extra cost. We also accommodate bespoke events and multi-day hire. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and we will work with you to create the right package. Parking is available in the yard. The facility is fully accessible with step-free access throughout.
